"Doctor's Examinations Not Just For Saddam" Says Liberal Activist

12/14/03 - Millions of uninsured Americans stood by as Saddam Hussein received his free yearly checkup - courtesy of Uncle Sam. Representatives of Mr. Hussein's HMO, Halliburton Healthcare, declined comment. Critics have argued that the HMO has been "too selective" when deciding who is eligible for coverage. The average patient pays upwards of $50,000 a year for Halliburton's coverage - coverage consumers are saying "just doesn't cut it." Not only that, but through clever legal wrangling, the cost of Saddam's checkups end up falling onto the shoulders of the American tax payer, leaving Halliburton and Dick Cheney with 100% of the profits. Should Mr. Hussein require extended hospital stays, the cost could be enormous, according to several watchgroups.

"I doubt Saddam is paying the premium the rest of us pay," says one anonymous Halliburton customer. "It's an outrage. 44 million Americans can't even afford to even see a doctor. And those that do usually get bills for anything beyond having a thermometer shoved up their ass. I mean - we all enjoy that - but come on!"

This particular liberal pinko was immediately apprehended and flown to Gitmo for his comments, as well he should have. Abusing the healthcare system for purely anal gratification is absolutely Anti-American. It's just Saddamy, plain and simple.
